The Makerthon's guest speakers are community leaders, technology pioneers, and successful entrepreneurs who assist teams with their prototypes and business plans.

Pit Stops

At each event, teams go through a series of "Pit Stops," where a team of APS teachers provides invaluable feedback on their work so they can reach their full potential.

Material & Info Packs

Each team receives materials in person to create their prototype in an engineering workshop under the supervision of a certified teacher. Each participant enjoys an information pack provided at the start of the event, which contains not only information about the event but also about the problem they will be working on.

SESSIONS Q&A

After the opening ceremony, there is a session in which the problem of the event is explained in detail, and after that session, there will be an extensive question and answer period.

COST FOR THE EVENT

Registration for the Makerthon - 5th Edition

The registration fee for this edition of the Makerthon varies depending on the number of team members. Below are the details:

In-Person Mode:

1 member: $500 MXN
2 members: $1,000 MXN ($500 per person)
3 members: $1,350 MXN ($450 per person)
4 members: $1,600 MXN ($400 per person)

Online Mode:

1 member: $200 MXN
2 members: $400 MXN ($200 per person)
3 members: $450 MXN ($150 per person)
4 members: $600 MXN ($150 per person)

The registration process will be carried out through an online form. We have limited spots available, so we recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your participation.

INTEGRATION

ACTIVITIES

Teams will participate in 2 outdoor activities organized by the organizing committee, where they will interact with teams and meet students from different schools.

FREE & OPEN ROOMS:

Each team will have access to a maintained and organized room to use as their work and rest area. Throughout the 24-hour event, different teams will be able to visit various rooms to socialize with one another.

DINNERS

& MEALS:

During the event’s dinner, participants will enjoy a meal with live music, which has become a tradition at Makerthon since its first edition.
